We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarized away detail. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes "Compensation And Benefits" with details: overtime pay, profit sharing bonus, PTO, health benefits, life insurance, disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, supplemental life, 401(k) with employer match. Also "Other Offerings" includes flexible work schedule, etc. So we have Benefits and maybe Pay? The posting mentions "Eligible for overtime pay" and "Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)". That's compensation. So we can have a Pay section with those details. Benefits section with health, insurance, 401k, etc. Schedule? There's "Flexible work schedule" under Other Offerings. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also "About The Role" is a section. There's also "About TAI". Could be part of About the role? Probably separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content accordingly.
We need to extract:
- About the role: The initial paragraph(s) about role: "As the Electrical Division Manager for TAI’s Industrial Electrical Division, you will lead a talented team..." plus "About TAI" maybe separate? But we can include About TAI under About the role or maybe as separate? The instruction says use those headings; we can include About the role heading and put the role description there. The "About TAI" could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could add a separate heading? Not in list. Probably we incorporate it under About the role.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Division Management Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:" and subsequent paragraphs: Provide strong leadership..., Oversee and manage divisional operations..., Responsible for managing..., etc. Also "Project Management" and "Engineering And Design" sections. Those are responsibilities. So we can combine them under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: The bullet list under "You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have": Bachelor of Science..., Professional Engineering Licensure..., Minimum 15 years..., Minimum 5 years..., etc. Also "Specific Electrical Concentration" and "Candidates Should Have Experience With The Following Software". Also "Physical Requirements". Those could be Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications separate headings. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are mandatory; Qualifications are preferred. But we can split: Requirements: Bachelor of Science, PE licensure, 15 years experience, 5 years leading projects, 5 years QC, 5 years project manager preferred? Actually "Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager preferred." That's preferred. Might go to Qualifications. Also "Ability to interact with customers..." etc. Also "Specific Electrical Concentration" details: extensive experience designing..., expertise in specifying..., knowledge of ability to specify... Those could be Qualifications or Requirements. We'll treat them as Qualifications.
Skills: maybe software proficiency: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Masterspec. Also communication skills, customer relation skills, etc. Could be Skills.
Benefits: as described.
Pay: overtime pay, profit sharing bonus.
Schedule: flexible work schedule.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we have substantive content.
We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting didn't have that explicitly but there is "Other Offerings" includes some fluff but we keep substantive.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
