Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside senior electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers on integrated system designs
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and team meetings
- Support manufacturing and production teams during factory integration and testing activities
Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to industry compliance standards (NEC, UL/IEC 62368-1, IEC 60364, IEC 61000)
- Learn system-level electrical architecture for rack- and row-based infrastructure
- Develop problem-solving skills through real-world engineering challenges
- Present project results and findings at internship showcase events
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field
- Completed at least sophomore year of coursework

- Coursework or projects in power engineering, controls, or embedded systems
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers)
- Exposure to electrical CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)
- Previous co-op, internship, or project experience in a hardware engineering environment
What We’re Looking For
- A curious, hands-on learner eager to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers results
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates well with experienced engineers
- A self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions and dig into complex problems
