Electrical Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2027

About the role

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer Co‑op – Spring 2027 to join our team in Toledo, OH. This is an onsite full‑time co‑op rotation requiring daily presence at our Toledo office; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

As part of our commitment to innovation, all team members will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and empowered to use it as a core tool in their everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks under close supervision of the Department Manager or designee.
• Receive specific and detailed instruction.
• Learn and use department standards, methods, and procedures relevant to the field of study.
• Meet various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by the Department Manager or designee.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a four‑year Electrical Engineering degree program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and use of Revit, AutoCAD, or 3D packages preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills.
