About The Role
We're looking for electrical engineering professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems — making a real impact on the future of technical AI.
What You'll Do
- Design challenging problems across electrical engineering domains — circuit analysis, signal processing, power systems, control systems, and electromagnetics — to stress-test AI performance
- Author gold-standard solutions by writing rigorous, step-by-step technical responses that serve as benchmarks for AI learning
- Audit AI outputs — evaluate generated circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and code for technical accuracy, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
- Sharpen AI reasoning by identifying logical gaps and providing structured feedback that improves how the model thinks through engineering challenges
- Document failure modes across areas like embedded systems, robotics, and engineering simulations so AI reasoning can be systematically hardened
Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing
- Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
- Detail-oriented when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, technical evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Familiarity with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB, etc.)
- Background in applied or industry engineering roles
