Electrical Engineer - Lead

About the role

Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for aircraft systems integration, including avionics upgrades and power distribution in the Military Aircraft sector.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for military aircraft
• Support aircraft modifications and system integration efforts
• Perform interface and power testing in lab and on aircraft
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of experience, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Proficiency with electrical CAD tools such as Visual Engineer, AutoCAD Electrical, or Capital Harness
• Experience with wiring and signal interface integration
• Familiarity with military and aircraft standards
• Strong communication and team mentoring skills
• Ability to manage schedules and work in aircraft environments
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
• Onsite work required with less than 10% travel
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Physical ability to work inside aircraft and navigate confined spaces
