Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree
• Master's degree in Engineering, or P.E. preferred
• Working knowledge of Power and Controls Engineering

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Project Management skills
• Microsoft Project knowledge preferred
• Highly motivated, strong attention to detail
• Independent work ability
• Some travel required
• Operation of Microsoft Windows, Windows Software, and Microsoft Office products
• CAD skills preferred
• Broad knowledge of and experience with a variety of computer systems, networking, technologies, troubleshooting
• Experience working on power systems and power systems troubleshooting and testing
• Experience with electrical software, calculations, and modeling
• Data architecture and data management skills including database design and development
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma training and/or experience
