Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and testing of innovative battery technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features
• Support the research and development of advanced materials and processes
• Participate in project planning and execution, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in battery development or related field
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry and battery physics
• Experience with material characterization techniques and experimental design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
