Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and testing of innovative battery technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features
- Support the research and development of advanced materials and processes
- Participate in project planning and execution, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in battery development or related field
- Strong understanding of electrochemistry and battery physics
- Experience with material characterization techniques and experimental design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
