Job Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation and execution of work procedures, PM’s, and LOTO.
- Engage in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis meetings to identify and resolve process issues.
- Support and oversee setup of down days, outages, and special projects.
- Monitor costs related to the Electrical Maintenance Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the electrical department and collaborate effectively with TL Electrical and Planners.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CAD, SAP, Excel, and Project software.
- Proven project experience, including both large and small-scale design and engineering improvements.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and management.
