Electrical Division General Manager
The Opportunity
You will serve as the executive catalyst driving the operational excellence, financial health, and strategic growth of our complete electrical division. This leadership role grants you full autonomy to optimize project delivery, shape division workflows, and mentor high-performing teams. You will directly influence our market presence while working in a highly supportive environment where your executive vision turns into recognized success.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of dedicated electrical construction experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience directly managing corporate teams, departments, or divisions.
- Proven background in financial management including comprehensive budgeting, job costing, and division-level forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing construction management platforms and corporate financial software systems.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and crisis-management capabilities under high-stakes conditions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Oregon Supervising Electrician License.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Documented track record of expanding an electrical division’s revenue and geographic market reach.
How You Will Make An Impact
Direct all day-to-day operations within the Electrical Division to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
Manage overall division financial performance by actively monitoring revenue, gross profit margins, and accurate project forecasting.
Support project managers, field foremen, and operational personnel through consistent communication and strategic resource allocation.
Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers, vendors, and industrial partners to drive continuous business development.
Implement robust operational processes and company-wide best practices to improve labor productivity and accountability.
Recruit and mentor a talented workforce while establishing clear professional development paths to retain top industry talent.
