Electrical Designer - Entry Level

About the role

Benchmark Group is seeking skilled Electrical Designers to join their dynamic Project Team of Choice. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Utilize electrical design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team setting to perform a variety of design tasks.
• Develop construction documents using REVIT software for various project types.
• May require minimal travel as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of electrical work experience, electrical college or technical course work, or a combination of both is required.
• Prior Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• One year of applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with REVIT and/or AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

A basic understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for various project types is preferred for entry-level positions. For more experienced positions, a strong understanding of REVIT is required.
