Electrical Designer

Responsibilities
- Create layouts, sketches, 2D/3D modeling, and electronic document files for electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to design complex packages in coordination with engineers and design leads.
- Form the core of the electrical delivery team by delivering complex packages in coordination with engineers and design leads.
- Develop staffing plans based on deliverables to be produced and the project schedule.
- Gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule for assigned tasks.
- Mentor subordinates and provide guidance to less experienced designer/drafters.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of electrical design experience.
- At least 2 years of Revit design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Two-year Associate’s Degree in relevant field (ideally).
- Exposure to NEC and electrical design requirements.
- At least 2 years of semiconductor experience.
Qualifications

- At least 4 years of electrical design experience.
- At least 2 years of Revit design experience.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $71,000.00 to $97,600.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
