About the role

Your highly interactive team will produce electrical installation plans along with 3D models of equipment, lighting, conduit, cable tray and other electrical raceways. You will develop layouts of major electrical distribution equipment and determine the location of other electrical panels and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects including state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities as well as data center facilities.
  • Work on industrial facilities such as pulp and paper mills and steel mills.
  • Develop layouts of major electrical distribution equipment and determine the location of other electrical panels and equipment.
  • Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to produce electrical installation plans and 3D models.
  • Use Revit, Navisworks and/or Revizto to create detailed electrical designs.

Requirements

  • Experience 5+ years in Electrical Design, preferably in manufacturing, petrochemical and industrial facilities.
  • Associates degree from an accredited technical institution or college in Computer Drafting and Design, Architectural Drafting, or similar program.
  • Expertise in Revit, Navisworks and/or Revizto.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams often located in different offices.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $97,700.00 to $134,400.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.

Schedule

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
