Electrical Design Engineer I

About the role

You will support the development of technologies, products, and processes to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements of the customer. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of technologies, products, and processes to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements of the customer.
• Lead and implement product design initiatives from the Electrical/Electronic/Optical disciplines.
• Apply working knowledge of applicable technology and industry/company standards to investigate new technologies, methods and test procedures.
• Aid in planning project scheduling and reporting project status.
• Work with Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in EE degree or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Willing to travel individually or as part of a team.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
