We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a summary and description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "WHAT WE OFFER" with benefits and compensation. Also "Summary: The Electrical Design Engineer will assist..." which is about the role. Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following." That's responsibilities. Then "Qualifications:" includes education/experience, skills and competencies, language proficiency, nice to have, additional requirements, physical demands, work environment. We need to map to sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe skills?), Benefits (what we offer includes benefits and compensation). Pay: they mention "Competitive Compensation – Competitive salaries and opportunities for performance-based incentives." That's pay info, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Skills: we could have Skills section separate from Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which to include. We have content for About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (education/experience maybe), Qualifications (skills and competencies?), Benefits (WHAT WE OFFER includes benefits), Pay (competitive compensation). Skills could be separate but we might combine with Qualifications. However we should not create thin sections; better to have substantive sections. Let's see: we have detailed responsibilities list. We have qualifications list (education/experience, skills and competencies, language proficiency, nice to have, additional requirements, physical demands, work environment). That's a lot; could be Qualifications section. Benefits and Pay we have. About the role we have summary paragraph. So we can output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Avoid Requirements if we put education/experience inside Qualifications. But we could also have Requirements separate for education/experience and Qualifications for skills. However that may create thin sections? Education/experience is a few lines; skills list is many lines. Both are substantive enough. Let's do: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (skills and competencies, language proficiency, nice to have, additional requirements, physical demands, work environment), Benefits, Pay. Ensure we don't repeat job title heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. Remove those. We need to extract the content. Let's parse: First paragraph about company: At United Integrated Services (UIS), we build more than facilities... This is generic company description; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about company. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. However the "About the role" section likely should contain the summary and maybe company overview. We'll include that as prose. Then "WHAT WE OFFER" includes bullet-like sentences: Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Life Insurance provided at no cost to employees. Competitive Compensation – Competitive salaries and opportunities for performance-based incentives. Career Growth – Opportunities to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and grow with a rapidly expanding organization, supported by education reimbursement for eligible employees pursuing continued learning and professional development. Meaningful Work – The opportunity to contribute to some of the most advanced semiconductor construction projects in the country. Collaborative Environment – Work alongside experienced professionals across engineering, construction, project management, safety, procurement, and operations. We need Benefits section: list benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance). Pay section: competitive salaries and performance-based incentives. Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Collaborative Environment could be part of Benefits? But they are not benefits exactly; maybe they belong to About the role or Qualifications? However we have only headings list; we could include them under Benefits? But they are not benefits; maybe we could create a separate section like "What We Offer" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Collaborative Environment could be placed under Benefits? Or maybe under About the role? But they are more like offerings. Could be part of Benefits (non-traditional). However Benefits heading likely expects benefits like insurance etc. But we can include other offerings as part of Benefits section as a list. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Career Growth, Meaningful Work, Collaborative Environment into Benefits section as additional bullet points. That seems okay. Thus Benefits section will have bullet list: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance (provided at no cost), Competitive salaries and performance-based incentives (maybe under Pay though), Education reimbursement for eligible employees, Opportunity to contribute to advanced semiconductor construction projects, Collaborative environment with experienced professionals across disciplines. But Pay section should have competitive salaries and performance-based incentives. So we should separate that. Thus Benefits: medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance (no cost), education reimbursement, meaningful work, collaborative environment. Pay: competitive salaries and opportunities for performance-based incentives. Now About the role: include company overview and summary of role. Responsibilities: essential duties list. Requirements: education/experience (BSEE, 2-4 years experience). Qualifications: skills and competencies (proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, NEC knowledge, etc), language proficiency (English, Mandarin preferred), nice to have (start-up experience, prior experience designing electrical power systems for semiconductor fab, etc, PMP/CAPM, FE/EIT), additional requirements (valid AZ driver's license, travel), physical demands, work environment. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like Equal Employment Opportunity, Disclaimer, etc. Now produce HTML. We'll need to wrap lists in
    • . For prose use

. Let's craft. About the role: combine company description and summary. Company description: At United Integrated Services (UIS), we build more than facilities—we build the infrastructure that enables technologies to shape the future. As a global engineering and construction company specializing in the semiconductor industry, UIS brings together talented people, technical expertise, and innovative solutions to deliver the most complex and critical projects in the industry. Our U.S. team is helping build the next generation of advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities, working alongside some of the world's leading technology companies. Our work requires precision, collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to doing things the right way—from the planning and engineering stages through construction and project completion. As UIS continues to grow, we are building more than projects. We are building teams, developing careers, and creating opportunities for talented professionals to make a meaningful impact. If you are looking for an opportunity to work on challenging projects, grow your career, and be part of something bigger, we invite you to build the future with UIS. Then summary: Summary: The Electrical Design Engineer will assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for designing low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary building systems for commercial, industrial, or advanced technology projects. Working under our Design department, you will coordinate with our Taipei design team, clients, subcontractors, and other design firms alike to design, coordinate and execute said design for construction. We can combine into one or two paragraphs. Now Responsibilities: list of essential duties. We need to extract each duty line from "Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned." Then list items: - Create complete, accurate 3D BIM models, single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, power distribution systems, and fault circuit calculations directly within Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Actively coordinate spatial routing and electrical support with Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing, Structural, Architectural, and other disciplines to resolve clashes before and or during construction. - Perform load calculations, panel schedule balancing, voltage drop calculations, and basic short-circuit/arc-flash analyses. - Ensure all electrical designs comply with applicable codes (NEC, NFPA, IBC, and local municipal standards). - Assist with reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, attending design coordination meetings, and participating in field reviews/site surveys as needed. - Maintain relevant project documentation, which may include design change logs, model sign-off, as well as any other documentation needed for BIM and Design coordination. - Coordinate with clients, design partners, construction partners, and potentially, city officials on design and construction related items as it pertains to BIM and Design, which can include, but is not limited to, clash detection, model fly throughs, and file navigation. - Coordinate with the US construction teams on the current site conditions and communicate with UIS Taiwan design team, as well as other design teams to meet requests and expectations. - Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. - Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, if needed, with clients, construction teams, and or other relevant teams. - Perform quality control on BIM deliverables and ensure they are compliant with current BIM standard operating procedures as well as BIM execution plans. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliant and accurate design and construction models. - Assist in developing models and provide other design assistance using different design tools, as needed. - Maintain trusting relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders. - Assist leadership with administrative tasks, such as uploading and maintaining files and folders in any cloud or file medium. - Other responsibilities as assigned. We'll keep all. Now Requirements: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) or Architectural Engineering (Electrical focus) from an accredited institution. 2–4 years of experience in electrical building system design within an engineering consulting, AEC firm, or design-build environment. Now Qualifications: we need to include Skills and Competencies, Language Proficiency, Nice to have, Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Work Environment. But we might split: Qualifications could be skills and competencies; Additional Requirements etc could be part of Qualifications as well. However we have a heading "Qualifications". We'll put all under Qualifications. We need to use

      • for any list. So we can have multiple lists under Qualifications: maybe separate subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings besides the allowed ones? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside sections, but to be safe we can just use

        for prose and

        • for lists. We can embed multiple lists. Thus Qualifications section will contain: - Skills and Competencies: list items. - Language Proficiency: list items. - Nice to have: list items. - Additional Requirements: list items. - Physical Demands: list items. - Work Environment: list items. We'll need to preserve all details. Let's extract each. Skills and Competencies list: - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP. - Familiarity with AutoCAD is also expected. - Experience with Navisworks as well as clash detection and resolution
