Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop electronic hardware for advanced semiconductor test systems. In this role, you will design analog, power, and mixed-signal circuits, evaluate and select components, create schematics, and collaborate with PCB designers to develop optimized layouts. You will perform circuit simulations, analyze designs, debug and validate PCB assemblies using laboratory equipment, and produce technical documentation. Additionally, you will develop automation scripts to improve design workflows, support prototype deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement design improvements. The role involves managing engineering changes, supporting product sustainment, and exploring AI applications to enhance design and validation processes. Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience in analog and power circuit designExpertise in DC-DC power conversion, switched-mode power supplies, and operating laboratory test equipmentProficiency with PCB schematic capture, EDA tools (e.g., Siemens Xpedition, Cadence OrCAD), and circuit simulation software Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, experience with mixed-signal systems, scripting skills, and familiarity with AI toolsStrong collaboration skills, experience in technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
