Electrical Construction Supervisors

About the role

Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking experienced Electrical Field Management staff for our Colorado Location. The position is ideal for individuals with six years of documented work in electrical construction and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on projects
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices
• Manage projects from start-up to completion
• Ensure quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
• Preferred experience in Data Center and/or industrial settings

Requirements

• Colorado Journeyman or Master License
• Completed three or more projects as a Foreman or Supervisor
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of supervisor duties, responsibilities, and expectations
• Strong initiative, good attitude, effective communication, and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction
• Leadership experience in supervising teams
• Completion of relevant licenses and certifications
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Proven track record of quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
• Prior experience in data center or industrial settings is preferred
