Foremen

• Work with the electrical team: site layout, including blueprint reading skills, repair and installation of electrical systems, and direct customer interaction.
• Ensure that completed work meets manufacturers' requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards.
• Work independently as well as oversee a job site and work of others.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and other employees in a professional manner.
• Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self, co-worker, and public safety concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-years Journeyman experience with experience managing jobs and teams.
• Licensed in Kentucky.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Career-minded with a willingness to continue training/education.
• Well versed in Federal and State OSHA safety requirements.
