BIM Specialist I – Electrical creates and maintains Revit models for electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring accurate design and documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop and update Revit models for electrical systems.Coordinate with other trades to support clash-free designs.Perform clash detection using Navisworks.Create shop drawings and model-based takeoffs.Produce accurate as-built drawings and maintain project information.Collaborate with BIM leads, project staff, and field teams to deliver reliable data for efficient installation. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Revit for electrical BIM modeling.Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.Ability to produce shop drawings, takeoffs, and as-built documentation.Strong coordination and communication skills across disciplines.Detail-oriented approach to model accuracy and information management.
