Responsibilities

• Constantly lift, push, pull 50+ lbs
• Stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Use various hand tools
• Work with panel boxes
• Run wire and ropes
• Work with switches and plugs

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous construction experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience working in an electrical position is a plus
• Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols
• Team player

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and/or pulling
• Must be able to exchange accurate information with others
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures
• Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours at a time

Pay

This is a level CHARLIE role at $27.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
