Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate hand tools and machinery
- Maintain inventory
- Perform quality checks
- Rework products
- Ensure safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in electronic assembly
- Prior to 2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly preferred
Preferred Skills
- IPC Class III Solder Certification
- Blueprint/schematic experience
- Aerospace industry background
Physical Demands
- Ability to work standing up to 8 hours
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Perform fine manual tasks
