This role offers hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of electrical installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Help install and repair wiring systems, electrical fixtures, and equipment.
- Install conduits including bending, cutting, and threading up to 4 inch diameter rigid steel to hold electrical wires and cables.
- Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed.
- Install conductors, terminate (SES, panel boards, motor controls, PLC’s, instruments, and junction boxes).
- Learn to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, blueprints, and electrical codes.
- Have a good basic understanding of NFPA70E and the NEC.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or willing to enroll once hired.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration and learning.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rugged terrain and construction sites. Capable of performing tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Pay
Earns between $25 - $34 per hour.
