Electrical Apprentices

This role offers hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of electrical installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Help install and repair wiring systems, electrical fixtures, and equipment.
• Install conduits including bending, cutting, and threading up to 4 inch diameter rigid steel to hold electrical wires and cables.
• Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed.
• Install conductors, terminate (SES, panel boards, motor controls, PLC’s, instruments, and junction boxes).
• Learn to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, blueprints, and electrical codes.
• Have a good basic understanding of NFPA70E and the NEC.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or willing to enroll once hired.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration and learning.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rugged terrain and construction sites. Capable of performing tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Pay

Earns between $25 - $34 per hour.
