Electrical Apprentice
Ludvik Electric Co. is seeking applications for Electrical Apprentices in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The program is a four-year commitment, including 8000 hours of employment and on-the-job training, supplemented by related technical instruction.
- On-the-Job Training
- Technical Instruction from CITC or IEC
- Placement Based on Completion of Requirements and Placement Testing
- Paid 100% Tuition with A Grades
What Can You Expect?
Electrical work can be physically demanding, involving tasks such as lifting, pulling, working at heights, and working in various weather conditions. Hours are typically from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Lifting Continuously
- Pulling
- Working at Heights (Stairs, Ladders)
- Digging Ditches
- Laying Pipe
- Pulling Wire (2-3" Thick)
Qualifications
- Physically Capable of Performing Essential Functions Without Endangering Health and Safety
- Basic Aptitudes Essential to Acquiring Trade Skill and Proficiency
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- One Full Year of High School Math with Passing Grade of "C" or Higher, or One Post-High School Math Course with Passing Grade of "C" or Higher
- Must Be 18 Years or Older
