Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Instructor

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and instruct courses on electrical circuits, instrumentation, sensors, motor controls, and PLCs.
  • Facilitate practical lab sessions, demonstrating the proper use of tools and test equipment.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, practical testing, and progress reports.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, NEC) for all electrical work.
  • Regularly update training materials, manuals, and simulations to align with industry advancements.

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 4-6 years of relevant experience or Eight – 10+ years of highly relevant field experience.
  • Experience: Field-based experience as an E&I Technician or Supervisor.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial instrumentation (flow, level, temperature) and electrical systems.
  • Instructional Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
