We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications?, Skills?, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. According to rules: Use

for section headings. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. First part: "Who we are ..." includes vision, business, value, etc. That's not a specific section heading but could be considered "About the company". However we only include sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The "Who we are" maybe not needed; but we could include as a paragraph? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include a brief intro paragraph before sections? The output should be only HTML fragment; we can include

for prose. Likely we should include a brief intro about company as a paragraph before sections. Not required but could be included. But we must not invent sections. We have content for About the role (the paragraph after "About The Role"). Responsibilities (list under "Some Responsibilities Will Include"). Requirements (list under "Position Requirements"). Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. Skills maybe separate list of specific skills (like PLC, calibrations, etc). Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits package. Pay: there is pay range. Schedule: mention rotating shift schedule, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays. We must not include sections with placeholder text. All have real content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

For more than 40 years, Reworld has been a leader in sustainable waste solutions...

About the Role

The Instrument & Controls Technician will be responsible for managing all phases of electrical and control equipment throughout the plant....

Responsibilities

  • Operating and maintaining the instrument and control test, calibration and repair areas and all equipment and tools assigned.
  • Helping to redesign instrumentation, control and electrical systems, as required.
  • Monitors burning, as appropriate.
  • Performs general work or other assignments necessary to ensure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the facility.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5 years or more of hands-on experience with electronic/electrical and pneumatic systems and equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Energy from Waste experience or Power Plant experience desired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and/or formal technical training.
  • Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers and Distributive Control Systems.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose instrumentation and controls with an understanding how they interact in the process.
  • Ability to perform calibrations to pressure, flow, temperature and other sensing instrumentation (majority Rosemount).
  • Proficient in the use of multimeters and smart calibrators.
  • Ability to read electrical prints & P&IDs.
  • Ability to trouble shoot OMRON PLC hardware.
  • Ability to trouble shoot OMRON PLC logic utilizing OMRON software.
  • Ability to trouble shoot Allen Bradley PLC hardware.
  • Ability to trouble shoot Allen Bradley PLC logic utilizing Allen Bradley software (SLC 504).
  • Ability to learn and fully utilize the user Operator Interface System “Citect” including the creation of graphic screens, writing ci-code, develop alarm & trend tags, etc.
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot Ethernet communication in the Plant Control System.
  • Must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule and work overtime as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
We could also have a Skills section but many of those are skills; but we already have them in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe combine. But we could separate Skills as a subsection: but we risk duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could keep Requirements as the main section covering qualifications and skills. Then Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Benefits: paragraph about benefits package. Pay: paragraph with pay range. Schedule: maybe we already included shift schedule in Requirements; but we could also have a Schedule section highlighting rotating shift, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays. However that content is already in Requirements; but we could still include a Schedule section if we want to avoid duplication? The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we put schedule info only in Requirements, that's fine; we don't need a separate Schedule section unless we want to. But we could include Schedule section to highlight that info; but then we would be duplicating. Duplication is not prohibited but we should avoid unnecessary repetition? Not explicitly prohibited, but we should preserve all info; duplication is okay but maybe better to avoid redundancy. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should not create a Schedule section if the info is already covered elsewhere; we can just keep it in Requirements. Thus sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Now craft HTML. Check for any other substantive content: "All Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities." That's a generic statement; could be included in a paragraph maybe under Requirements or as a note. It's substantive but generic; we could include as a

after Requirements maybe. But it's not a section heading; we can just add a paragraph. Also "Please note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills." That's about Pay; we could include in Pay section. Also "Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably..." we already have pay range. Also "Reworld™ provides an industry-leading benefits package..." we have benefits. Also "Reworld™ reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any benefit plan..." that's benefits legal; could be included but it's boilerplate? Might be considered legal; but it's about benefits; we could include as part of benefits paragraph. Also "Our DEI Commitment ..." that's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also "Know Your Rights (Click to view poster)" etc - remove. Also "Attention Staffing Agencies & Search Firms" - remove. Thus final HTML:
