Standard Electrical Maintenance
Execute standard facility electrical troubleshooting, lighting repairs, ballast replacements, and minor component wiring as needed for facility projects.
Carpentry & Cabinetry Installation
Construct, repair, and install custom and standard cabinetry, countertops, shelving, doors, frameworks, and wood structures according to layouts.
Flooring & Tile Work
Perform hands-on installation, repair, and replacement of various flooring materials, cove bases, ceiling tiles, and wall/floor tile work.
General Structural Maintenance
Perform architectural repairs, drywall taping, structural woodwork adjustments, and finish work to ensure the facility remains fully functional.
Environment Safety
Assist departments across the facility to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for patients and staff.

Resurrection Village is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist. This position is responsible for executing a variety of tasks to keep our facilities running smoothly and safely.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment are essential.
