About the role

The Electric Motor Winder will be responsible for winding and assembling electric motors according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Wind wire onto motor cores to form coils
• Assemble motor components including stators, rotors, and bearings
• Test assembled motors for functionality and compliance with quality standards
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly work
• Basic understanding of electrical principles
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Physical stamina for manual labor
