eLearning Production Intern (Lake Forest Park, WA)

Responsibilities

• Extract closed caption files from Storyline slides and layers
• Clean and edit caption text (remove timestamps, fix formatting, ensure readability)
• Organize transcripts by slide and layer for translation workflows
• Use AI tools to assist with translation of course content
• Perform quality checks on transcripts and translated materials
• Auxiliary with updating content within Storyline (text/audio replacement)
• Support extraction of on-screen text for translation

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning tools
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., transcription or translation tools)
• Background in instructional design, communications, multimedia, or related fields
• Strong English listening and writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with audio and multimedia content
• Organized and able to follow structured workflows

Pay and Schedule

This pay for this position is $22-$24 hourly. This is a full-time, temporary position (duration is flexible, but 3-6 months preferred).
