Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elder Law Attorney to provide legal counsel in Medicaid planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and crisis Medicaid applications.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New York State Bar
• Experience in Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, or Trusts & Estates
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility rules and crisis planning strategies
• Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive client matters with professionalism and compassion
