Responsibilities

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with other educators, families, and related service providers to develop comprehensive support strategies
• Provide differentiated instruction to ensure all students have access to grade-level content
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid teaching license in applicable state(s)
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
