ELC- Adams Pre- K Program- Center Director

About the role

The Early Learning Center Director leads a team of educators, builds strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders, and ensures excellence in program operations, compliance, and educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program operations and educational services
• Ensure compliance with DHS licensing requirements, agency policies, and funding regulations
• Foster positive relationships with families, staff, community partners, and stakeholders
• Partner with Human Resources to support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and credentialing efforts
• Support accreditation and quality initiatives, including NAEYC and Keystone Stars
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff while supporting professional growth and development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field required, Master’s preferred
• Director’s credential required
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory and early childhood program management experience
