El Rey Court | Seasonal Event Bartender (PT)
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Reads and understands all particulars of banquet event orders
- Collects all necessary equipment, beverages, etc. to set up designated area
- Polishes all glassware and prepares needed bar condiments
- Provides beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- After function, removes inventory and all beverage equipment to proper storage
- Retrieves and stores bar glassware to proper storage
- Communicates any challenges or guest complaints
- Performs various other duties as assigned
Education And Experience
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role
- Certification in bartending preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Detail-oriented

Compensation And Benefits
Compensation Range: $15.00/hour + tips
Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates in accordance with the Company's Paid Time Off policy. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.
