EKG Tech CVDS Extra on Call

About the role

Part‑time position with a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardio stress testing
• Perform ECG exams
• Apply and remove Holter monitors
• Ensure proper documentation and clerical duties associated with the exams
• Recognize abnormal results and report to physicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia course is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Minimum score of 80% on the SAMC entry level EKG recognition exam within six months of hire is required.
• Previous 12‑lead EKG experience is preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $23.50 – $31.53 per hour
