You will enable the successful transition of the Engineer in Training (EIT) program into the Service Operations North America business unit while ensuring continuity and long-term sustainability. You will establish a strong governance framework with standardized processes, tools, and performance measures to drive consistency, quality, and scalability. By managing the full program lifecycle, you will deliver efficient execution and a structured, high-quality experience for participants. As the central point of coordination, you will align stakeholders, mentors, and leadership through clear communication and reporting. Your contributions will transform the EIT program into a high-impact initiative that develops engineering talent and supports broader organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full EIT program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, planning, execution, and day-to-day program administration.
- Lead program operations by coordinating scope, timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized processes to drive consistency, accountability, and program effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment, facilitate communication, and provide leadership with actionable insights and progress updates.
- Mentor and support program participants and team members, promoting professional development, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within a PMO structure.
- Experience working in a technical, industrial, or engineering-focused organization is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and being able to multitask efficiently with stakeholder management, financial and risk management, and process improvement.
- Willing to travel 30%
Qualifications
- Applicants based in Houston, Texas will not be required to relocate to Orlando, Florida.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
