EIS (Exigen Insurance Solutions) Project Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Exigen Insurance Solutions (EIS) platform implementations
• Build and manage distributed project teams
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize project deliverables
• Manage client expectations, project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery standards
• Manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Establish change request processes and support post-go-live delivery
• Report project progress, risks, and delivery metrics to executive stakeholders
• Possess ownership of delivery, influence Agile practices across distributed teams, and play a key role in delivering next-generation insurance solutions on one of the leading insurance core platforms in the market

Requirements

• Project Management experience within enterprise software delivery, insurance, or InsurTech
• Strong client-facing experience managing project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
• Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on the Exigen Insurance Solutions (EIS) platform
• Experience across EIS PolicyCore, BillingCore, ClaimCore, Digital Experience Platform (DXP), or other core EIS modules
• Knowledge of insurance products (P&C, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Dental & Vision, Hospital Indemnity)
