Role Purpose
The EIS Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Exigen Insurance Solutions (EIS) platform implementations, working closely with enterprise clients and distributed delivery teams. This role combines traditional project management with Agile leadership and business analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex insurance technology implementations while coaching teams and partnering with executive stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
- Project Management experience within enterprise software delivery, insurance, or InsurTech
- Strong client-facing experience managing project scope, budgets, and timelines
- Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
- Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience delivering projects on the Exigen Insurance Solutions (EIS) platform is strongly preferred
- Candidates with experience across EIS PolicyCore, BillingCore, ClaimCore, Digital Experience Platform (DXP), or other core EIS modules are highly desirable
- Knowledge of insurance products (P&C, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Dental & Vision, Hospital Indemnity) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Exigen Insurance Solutions (EIS) platform implementations
- Build and manage distributed project teams
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize project deliverables
- Manage client expectations, project scope, budgets, and timelines
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery standards
- Manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence
- Establish change request processes and support post-go-live delivery
- Report project progress, risks, and delivery metrics to executive stakeholders
- Partner with business and technical teams to resolve project risks and issues
