Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as a leader on duty in the absence of the management team.
• Train, coach, and motivate Team Members to meet service, quality, and performance standards.
• Promote and maintain a consistent, superior guest experience in alignment with Einstein Bros. Bagels' brand values.
• Aid in achieving daily sales goals and operational targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and be authentic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of at least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience, or readiness to perform Shift Leader responsibilities through training.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, graveyard shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV Health Card).

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout scheduled shifts. These physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
