About the role

Potomac is our 3rd location and an actively growing store. We are looking for a full-time cashier and shift lead to help guide our team of courteous, energetic, outgoing, and fun individuals. We strive to make every guest experience a positive one, and our staff plays a huge part in that. This is an integral role within the company—you are our hands and feet, and your interaction with customers is the backbone of our restaurants. If you have enthusiasm for people and want to release some of its greatness, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone and in person
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with duties while maintaining fluency in Safe Food procedures
• Maintain all safety procedures in the restaurant
• Maintain fast, fresh service for carry-out and delivery personnel
• Receive payments and make change correctly
• Ensure packaging keeps all food fresh and hot
• Maintain side work and assist other staff members as needed
