Crescent City Pizza Works is looking for an energetic, dependable Pizza Shift Lead to help lead our fast-paced Bourbon Street operation. From keeping the team on track to making sure every slice meets our standards, you’ll play an important role in delivering great food and a great guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and keep things running smoothly during busy shifts. What You’ll Do Lead and support team members throughout the shiftMaintain high standards for pizza quality, presentation, portioning, and consistencyEnsure food is prepared according to recipes and company standardsKeep service moving efficiently during high-volume periodsAssign tasks and help ensure proper shift coverageCoach team members and reinforce expectationsProvide friendly, efficient guest service and assist with guest concernsSupport opening and closing responsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation standardsMonitor product levels and communicate inventory or prep needs to managementFollow and reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standardsJump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the operation running smoothly What We’re Looking For Previous restaurant, quick-service, or food-service experiencePrevious leadership or Shift Lead experience preferredHands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the teamStrong communication skills and ability to coach and hold team members accountableOrganized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and guest serviceDependable and comfortable taking ownership of the shiftAvailability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and other high-volume periods What We Offer $15/hour + TipsWeekly PayMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityEmployee Meal DiscountsA fun, fast-paced work environment in the heart of Bourbon Street What to Expect Crescent City Pizza Works is a fast-paced pizza concept in the heart of Bourbon Street, serving oversized pizzas by the slice and whole.
