EHS Regional Manager
About the role
This is more than a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities—partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
- Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
- Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
- Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
- A strategic EHS leader with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A relationship‑builder who can influence at all levels—from the shop floor to senior leadership
- Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Experienced in multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
- Confident, hands‑on, and ready to lead positive change
Qualifications
- BS in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and improve safety culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
