EHS Manager, Regional Service Delivery

As an EHS Manager, Regional Service Delivery, you will lead, develop, and direct environmental, health, and safety programs regionally across the Service Delivery function, ensuring conformance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and Company policies. This role covers the East Coast Region, including Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, and Massachusetts, and requires regular travel to Service Delivery offices (up to 50% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Establish and facilitate Company-wide environmental, health, and safety initiatives throughout an assigned region.
• Build a behavior-based safety culture through communications, employee involvement, and ownership.
• Implement safety leadership training to improve overall execution of safe practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to all departments regarding environmental, health, and safety questions or issues.
• Monitor and measure Company safety performance using key metrics, with a focus on leading indicators.
• Develop and maintain Company safety improvement plans.
• Lead continuous improvement training content development and management to further educate team members.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, in conjunction with Corporate guidance, to ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Implement and enhance an organizational incident management system.
• Maintain responsibility for ensuring locations are audit-ready for both internal and external reviews to ensure conformance with environmental, health, and safety requirements and Corporate policies.
• Identify corrective and preventative action needs through audit, incident investigation, and observation/near-miss data trending.
• Provide Corporate assistance in controlling losses from injuries, liabilities, and property losses.
• Coordinate efforts with occupational medical facilities to ensure treatment protocols and return-to-work programs are established and adhered to.
• Provide guidance and support for medical surveillance activities, annual physical programs, and industrial hygiene monitoring surveys.
• Represent the organization with OSHA and other regulatory officials regarding inspections and investigations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety management (required).
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working in EHS-related programs (required) or 7+ years of experience in EHS-related programs in lieu of a degree.
• Previous experience working with chemical safety practices (required).
