EHS Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, Compliance to lead our EHS initiatives at our Liquid Coatings and Shot Peening Surface Technology facility in New Brighton, MN. The ideal candidate will manage compliance with environmental, industrial, and health and safety regulations while working closely with our quality and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure EH&S compliance across two liquid coatings sites in California
• Operate CNC laser equipment with high accuracy and quality
• Manage environmental, industrial, and health and safety regulation compliance
• Develop and complete predictive and preventative maintenance for EH&S
• Collaborate with external auditors and government compliance agencies

Requirements

• Experience with lasers, robotics, or CNC type equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Able to obtain a DOD security clearance
• 5-8 years of experience in an EHS capacity
• Experience within a chemical processing facility
• Experience with Title 5

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
