EHS Manager

About the role

The EHS Manager will oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs within the Supply Chain – Fulfillment Operations department. This position is based in Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Train employees on EHS best practices and emergency response protocols
• Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory agencies to address EHS issues
• Manage incident reporting and investigation processes
• Ensure all EHS training and certifications are up-to-date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Health, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant laws
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with EHS software and databases
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

• $80,000 - $90,000 annually
