About the role

The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety training, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and managing environmental and safety protocols across multiple locations.
• Fostering a strong safety culture.
• Maintaining records.
• Investigating incidents.
• Leading safety meetings.
• Supporting regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5-7 years of related experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of environmental and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection equipment.
• Able to pass background checks and routine drug tests.
