About the role
The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting safety training, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and managing environmental and safety protocols across multiple locations.
- Fostering a strong safety culture.
- Maintaining records.
- Investigating incidents.
- Leading safety meetings.
- Supporting regulatory inspections.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of environmental and DOT regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection equipment.
- Able to pass background checks and routine drug tests.
