Your future role
You’ll have a meaningful impact by creating a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors while minimizing environmental footprints and safeguarding Alstom’s assets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as project management, HR, and operational teams), implement emergency plans, and ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulations, among other responsibilities.

All about you
- A university degree in Engineering or Business
- A health & safety qualification recognized by local authorities (mandatory)
- Experience or understanding of EHS practices in projects (minimum 3 years)
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- A deep understanding of local legal EHS requirements
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using computer tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- EHS auditor certification (desirable)
- Experience in the railway industry is a plus
- Transit Safety and Security Program (TSSP) Certificate is a plus
Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000
