Scope Of Responsibility
- Coordinate and implement standard Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, hazard recognition, and safety inspections to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
Essential Duties
- Manage key safety programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA, etc.) with training provided.
- Review incidents and support corrective action plans.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and training sessions.
- Develop JSAs and promote safety awareness.
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency response.
- Conduct risk assessments and support EHS program development.
Education & Experience
- Relevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn encouraged.
- Training and mentorship provided.
- 1–3 years preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
- Willingness to learn EHS regulations and principles.
- Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform inspections throughout the facility.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to identify hazards and maintain a strong safety mindset.
