EHS Coordinator

Position Summary

TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking a proactive and safety-driven EHS Coordinator to support and enhance environmental, health, and safety programs across our Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, Heavy Highway Construction, and Infrastructure Services operations.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead safety observations and behavioral-based safety initiatives
Partner with operations teams to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
Coordinate company safety programs and compliance initiatives
Lead investigations involving incidents, near misses, vehicle accidents, and property damage events
Deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, and compliance training
Support environmental compliance and fleet safety initiatives

Qualifications

Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of construction safety, EHS, pavement marking, traffic control, heavy highway, or related industry experience
Working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
Experience conducting inspections and investigations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
OSHA 510 Certification
CHST Certification
ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification
