EHS Coordinator

About the role
The EHS Coordinator is an entry-level position ideal for someone coming out of the trades or a new graduate starting in the field. The role may report to a project-based EHS Manager or operate independently on smaller projects. You will provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams, serving as a role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing construction and environmental hazards while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

- Collaborate with project teams to implement safety measures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a role focused on identifying safety hazards and recommending controls.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay
Salary range: USD $68,425.00 – $97,000.00 per year. Background check required.
