EHS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as filing, depositing, and arranging function-related documents, certifications, audit results, etc.
• Prepare EHS-related statistics, diagrams, slides, etc., to support dedicated Managers or Professionals.
• Collect, select, classify, and check information for completeness and given criteria; provide respective information during external audits.
• Prepare all information and materials necessary to gain certifications and communicate with authorities and external certification bodies.
• Proceed with all day-to-day EHS-related assistant operations.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Environmental, Safety, or related field, or applicable work experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in standard Windows programs (Word, Excel, Access).
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, motivated, and dependable individual.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required (“US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
