About the Role
The EHS Consulting Senior Manager leads a portfolio of consulting and embedded services accounts, pairing deep technical EHS expertise with account leadership to deliver outstanding client outcomes, grow relationships, and develop a high-performing team. You will serve as the connection point between our on-site specialists and our consulting practice, ensuring that every client interaction strengthens the partnership. You will support embedded consulting operations as well as EHS consulting projects. What distinguishes this role from a traditional EHS consulting position is the integrated model behind you. Triumvirate's embedded specialists work inside client facilities every day, generating real-time insight into operational and compliance needs that no outside consultancy can match. Your ability to convert that insight into high-value programs — and to orchestrate the right mix of consulting, embedded, and waste services for each client — is what defines success in this role. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth across multiple EHS disciplines and the commercial instinct to grow accounts,
