About the role

You’ll partner closely with operations and clinical teams to support Epic adoption, workflow improvement, and use of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to clinicians on EpicCare Ambulatory and related clinical technologies
  • Facilitate classroom and group training sessions for new and existing nurses and providers
  • Assess knowledge gaps and clinical workflows, and implement targeted learning and improvement interventions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
  • Evaluate clinical workflows and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and alignment with Epic and other clinical systems
  • Develop and maintain clear, practical training materials and resources
  • Maintain working relationships with clinical teams
  • Support adoption of Epic and related clinical technologies within assigned clinical areas
  • Monitor progress and share recommendations with clinical leaders and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain working relationships with clinical teams
  • Support workflow improvements or practice changes in a clinical setting
  • Translate clinical workflows into practical, system-based processes or training
  • Manage priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Current EpicCare Ambulatory Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
  • Graduate from an accredited school for licensed practical nursing and possess a State Licensed Practical Nurse license OR Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a State Registered Nurse license
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory setting
  • Experience working directly with providers and clinical staff in a collaborative environment
  • Experience building rapport and trust with clinicians through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Experience supporting workflow improvements or practice changes in a clinical setting
  • Experience supporting clinical teams through system and workflow changes
  • Experience translating clinical workflows into practical, system-based processes or training
  • An organized and self-directed approach to work
  • A professional, service-oriented communication style

Qualifications
